List down goals that interest you. For each goal, ask yourself why it interests you. Is it outcome driven (richness, popularity), ego driven (‘I want to prove how good I am’) or fear driven? Arrive at an activity which is not driven by any of these but brings you a warm sense of satisfaction from deep within.

From the list, remove those driven only by the desire for money, status, power etc. Revisit the remaining goals. Close your eyes and visualise yourself working towards (not winning or completing) a goal. How does it feel? Where do you experience the movement of aspiration in your body?
