How can you be more loving in your life?

Practice of the Week: For the Joy of Loving

Giving something from a place of love, without wanting anything in return. Try to do this practice at least once a day - and more if you can.

It does not need to be anything complicated, it could be as simple as letting someone go before you in a queue, holding the door open for someone, thanking someone you appreciate or smiling at someone without needing them to smile back.

Observe what happens inside when you practice these acts of pure love.
